Ask HMRC’s digital assistant to get help if you’re having problems paying what you owe for:
- Self Assessment
- VAT
- Employer’s PAYE
- Corporation Tax
If the digital assistant cannot help you, you can ask to transfer to a webchat with an HMRC adviser if they’re available.
The HMRC adviser will not be able to transfer you to another webchat team.
